[reVC] Combine free camera rotation and turning in flying vehicles #1306

Describe the bug
Turning in flying vehicles (tested in Hunter) is done by pressing the look right/left buttons (E/Q respectively in my case). Yet pressing them also blocks the free mouse camera, which feels odd in this particular situation.

To Reproduce
Enable free camera in display settings, spawn a flying vehicle, a helicopter for instance, and try moving the camera with mouse while holding look right or look left button.

Expected behavior
I believe being able to rotate the camera with mouse while turning flying vehicles with the above-mentioned buttons would be a more intuitive and handy way the free camera works, if possible to implement.
