[reVC] White squares on some vehicles if Vehicle Pipeline is set to Neo #1305

Describe the bug
Some vehicle parts display white squares if neo variant of vehicle pipeline setting is chosen.

To Reproduce
To go graphics setting and choose neo in the vehicle pipeline section. Then spawn a Hunter, go up, and use either free mouse camera or camera rotation buttons on the keyboard to see white squares on the helicopter's blades at some angles.

Expected behavior
Neo working without this graphical bug.
