[reVC] Kaufman cabs progress & property resets #1261

Not certain if this is an original bug or a RE3 bug. Can't find anything about it on the web (other than dubious claims that the Cherry Poppers savepoint might cause savefile corruption).

Do not know how to reproduce this.

Summary: Kaufman Cabs property possession & mission progress somehow gets reset; putting you back at the stage where you don't own the property. Buying the property back allows you to complete the missions in order (again).

Detail: I'm currently at a point in the game where the story won't progress until I buy & complete property assets. A while ago I bought & completed all of the Kaufman missions. Suddenly today (after completing some other assets such as the Cherry Poppers ice cream and the printworks) I no longer own the asset. Buying it back has allowed me to start its missions all over again.
