Describe the bug
After completing the 12th Paramedic mission, the end of the mission complete sound starts and it doesn't stop looping until you leave the Paramedic vehicle. Another user also said they had a similar bug, but the whole mission complete sound looped.
To Reproduce
Complete the Paramedic missions.

Expected behavior
The mission complete sound to end after playing once.

This bug not only occurs in ambulances but all vehicles where an operator is supposed to speak.
In the vanilla game when sitting in firetrucks, the various police and FBI cars, the police heli, ambulances, the news heli and various military vehicles like tanks and Barracks OL (EDIT: added some vehicles with bugged radio scanner) the normal radio stations are not available but only the special police or ambulance scanner where operators are talking. In reVC instead of the special police and ambulance scanner a wrong sound is played the whole time, it sounds like water at the beach.
When sitting in one of those vehicles, the audio looping described by @kljaja998 can be reproduced at any time:
