I am workink on a pt br translation of rebirth2 for the PC and Vita, i know i can simply load the moded CPKs with repatch, bur i was wandering the use and utility of the vita plugin. I was not able to find any info on that, i miss something or was just a overlook?

No, I never got to write a documentation. Basically you add the .suprx to the game in taihen config (don't put it under *ALL, only under the specific game).
Then ux0:neptools/GAME_ID/ folder (or uma0:, imc0:, grw0:, xmc0: also work) works similarly to the windows version (so you don't have to repack the huge CPKs). For translation, you can put just the txt files there, but loading times will increase slightly.
